The people behind HYCORE
HYCORE brings together decades of practical construction experience and a shared ambition to do things better. Founded by brothers James and Adam Sendall, the business combines hands-on building knowledge with a focus on innovation, design and the future of construction.

With over two decades specialising in modern concrete formwork systems, James has the experience and knowledge to support all clients with their newbuild ventures.

Adam is qualified in marketing and business management with a passion for design and build. Adam manages direct relations with clients and ensures the efficient delivery of the operations team.

"It’s a bold step to build your own home. I know this because in 2003 we designed and self-built our own home, a proper hands on experience. It proved challenging, but the result was an amazing home for our family.
Born from the process came the opportunity to help others, who, like us, chose Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) as their method of construction. This then led to Newbuild Solutions Ltd, a well know distributorship which we established to build, assist and sell modern methods of construction for newbuild homes.
From two decades of experience coupled with a desire to do things better comes innovation, and for us this was in the form of Hycore, our own niche approach to construction".

New Build Solutions has spent more than 20 years working with modern construction methods, building practical knowledge of what works and where improvements can be made.
HYCORE is the next chapter: our own purpose-designed structural system, developed from that experience to bring together structural strength, fire safety and thermal performance in a more considered approach to construction.
The name reflects the system itself. HY represents the hybrid construction at the heart of the wall panel, while CORE represents its structural concrete core.
