Born from the process came the opportunity to help others, who, like us, chose Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) as their method of construction. This then led to Newbuild Solutions Ltd, a well know distributorship which we established to build, assist and sell modern methods of construction for newbuild homes.
From two decades of experience coupled with a desire to do things better comes innovation, and for us this was in the form of Hycore, our own niche approach to construction".

Two companies
one continuous story
Newbuild Solutions has been building and supplying modern methods of construction for newbuild homes for well over 20 years.
Hycore is the newest chapter in that story, a purpose built system developed from hands on lessons about what actually works, and engineered in a way that others haven't yet imagined.
Same leadership, same hands-on approach, a system built to do better than what came before it.
The brand name - Why Hycore?
The name takes its meaning from what the system actually is.
The “HY” represents what we have always defined as the HYBRID wall panel at the core of everything we build.
The “CORE” for the structural concrete core of every wall, and the idea of building at the core of what matters: a safer home, done properly.
